TECHNOLOGY

The LiDAR and Digital Camera systems that Atlass operates, with its state of the art technology, feature: full waveform recording, short pulse length, high 240 kHz pulse repetition rate and a 39 Mpixel CCD.
This system can meet the most demanding requirements for topographic, vegetation, coastal monitoring and inventory surveys.

The Harrier LiDAR systems are ideally suited to high accuracy, high resolutions surveys. Its full waveform recording and short pulse length combine to provide the smallest available target separation for detection of near ground objects and detailed forest understory mapping. This technology also allows the system to maintain accuracy in complex terrain such as steep or uneven ground.

The direct coupling of LiDAR and the digital camera, has allowed the development of a very efficient processing workflow that not only provides accurate geo-referencing of images but also rapid turnaround.

Our latest system, the Harrier 68/G1 adds to our capability and allows the data to be acquired over large areas quickly and cost effectively.
